Youth and Adult Usher Fundraising Account Vouchers
Deposit Voucher | Withdrawal Voucher
These vouchers are used to direct proceeds from volunteer ushering to and from a person's fundraising account. Voucher proceeds help fund mission trips and other student events.

Student Medical Release and Permission Form (.pdf)
The Medical Release and Parental Consent Form logs medical history and insurance information and gives permission for the student to attend all youth activities sponsored by First United Methodist Church of Hershey for the full year starting September 13, 2009 to September 13, 2010.

Safe Sanctuary Program
Our safe sanctuary program ensures our children, youth, and vulnerable adults are protected from abusive situations. We have taken steps to make certain that opportunities for such situations are minimized and we have effective means in place for reporting and addressing suspected abuse, whether it should happen at church or during a church activity, or elsewhere.

Want to Serve Students?

Prayer Team: commit to pray regularly for our students, parents and leaders.
Cheerleader Team: encourage our leadership and show support of the ministry.
Resource Team: offer your possessions for ministry use.
Admin Team: offer behind the scenes support.
Ministry Team Mentor: walk alongside students part of a ministry team coaching them to accomplish ministry goals.
Digging Deeper Teacher: teach a class that takes our students deeper.
Host at The Gathering: help create a welcoming atmosphere for students to worship.
Life Group Leader: commit to building relationships with 6-12 students for the school year and being part of Student Night Life (SNL).
