Gatherings - Throughout the summer, we’ll be gathering at various homes for a meal, hanging out, games, catching up, asking questions about faith, a discussion on life + Jesus, and prayer. These gatherings are a great place to reconnect with your church community or meet new people while growing together in our understanding of how to follow Jesus as young adults. Anyone age 18-23 is welcome, so feel free to invite your friends! ALL are welcome. Gatherings always begin with dinner. Note that there’s a couple of pool nights as well!
Local Mission Camp – A day camp (~ 9am-9pm) of partnering with local mission organizations for youth and young adults (6th grade – 22 year olds). During the day we’ll be serving at Bethesda Mission, Cocoa Backs, Milk & Honey Farms, Hope Springs Farm, Mission Central or another location. In the evening we’ll have a meal together, reflection and discussion, games, campfires, swimming in the creek, a pool night, etc. Cost is $50/student and sign-up deadline is 6/20.
VBS Rocky Railway – VBS is back @ FUMC Hershey! During this week in August, young adults can volunteer to help with this important children’s ministry event. Lots fun, laughs, energy, and kids to share the love of Jesus with. There a number of different roles/opportunities you can take.
