How is it with your soul? Are you restless? Are you weary and burdened? Are you longing for a deeper relationship with Jesus? Join us as we learn and explore four contemplative prayer practices together. Here is the intro video and then below are videos for the Daily Examen, Breath Prayer, Centered Prayer, and Lectio Divina.

Our series begins with a spiritual practice of reflecting on our day in prayer with God. The video has background info, instructions, tips, ideas for children, and a guided time of prayer using the Daily Examen. Join us as we receive Jesus's invitation to find rest for our soul through prayer!

Our series continues with a prayer practice that moves us beyond words into "silent love" with God. The video has background info, instructions, tips, ideas for children, and a guided time of prayer using Breath Prayer. Join us as we receive Jesus's invitation to find rest for our soul through prayer!

Psalm 46:10 has some of the most life-giving words in the whole Bible: "Be still, and know that I am God." But even when we have a deep desire to do as this verse says, we often struggle with how. Our series continues with a practice that might be our best way of living this verse: Centered Prayer.

The Word of God is living and active! But how should we read the Bible so that this truth transforms us? Our final prayer practice is an ancient way of reading scripture that moves us beyond information gathering to intimate encounter with God through the Holy Spirit. Lectio Divina lets Jesus set the agenda for how the Bible speaks to us.
